Scotland - Speyside
Nose: Lemon, olives oil – Sponge cake, almonds and icing sugar. Very creamy with lots of fruit syrup.
Taste: More lemon sponge cake. Very nutty and a touch of brown sugar, with time some oranges bitters and grapefruit.
Finish: Faint traces of salted caramel
Comment: A real fruit and nut bar whisky!!
